Hi! My name is Jenny and I am a wife, mother, and a dental hygienist. I come from a Portuguese background, but born and raised in Essex County, Ontario where I continue to reside with my husband, daughter and two fur babies – Dexter and Princess

I practice in the field of Dental Hygiene so, to say I’m obsessed with the importance of good oral hygiene and prevention would be an understatement. In my posts you will find some oral health tips that are in no means a substitution of getting regular dental checks and cleaning from your dentist/dental hygienist.

Aside from dental, I enjoy baking delicious deserts/decorating cakes, decorating my home, photography (mainly landscapes), crafting/DIYs, and travelling! Out of all these travel has to be my number one. I am fortunate enough to have been to many places: Dubai, Maldives Islands, Paris, USA, of course Canada, Portugal, Cuba, Tobago, Bahamas. Portugal obviously has my heart (and family) and I go as often as I can. I’m excited to share some of my travel and hobbies with you!

I have lost myself along the way with being a working mom and wife and have not been able to focus on my self and my wants. I am starting this blog to get back into the things I love to do and share them with you! I have always loved reading blogs and connecting with the authors, in hopes I could one day be able to do the same for readers.
